Glenda Jackson launched the new Kilburn Youth Centre on Friday June 30th. The Youth Centre is part of the new
Kilburn Library, which opened in April as part of the New Commitment to Kilburn programme (Camden/Brent SRB Regeneration). The Youth Centre -- promoted as ‘Dare to Dream’ -- has state-of-the-art facilities for young people, including IT and a digital arts/music studio. It aims to offer young people in Kilburn information, activities and skills-development, as well as a youth club.
